Real estate company seeks freelancer to create 3D models of buildings in Google SketchUp.
First (trial) project is a small one-family house. At least six (6) more projects will range from small (1 family house, see [url removed, login to view]) to large (warehouse building, see [url removed, login to view]) and smaller mixed use buildings such as [url removed, login to view] (more info and photos at [url removed, login to view])
The construction of the first test project (“205 River”) has not been done. It is now a “shell” and we will start construction. So this project requires you to draw from architectural renderings, and photographs of the house as it exists now.
I have posted the example files on our own web site only because of the 512 K limit of file sizes that can be posted on GAF. To see the Floor Plans and Elevations please go to [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view])
The examples of the photographs are in this Project posting.
We want a SketchUp model that we can modify with different colors and facings, and add furniture models.
The model must show all windows and doors, as well as the stairs from the basement to the first floor, and the first floor to the second floor. It must also show the “tray ceiling” on the second floor, as well as the vaulted ceiling in the bathroom of the second floor.
There is a deck with exterior stairs in the back yard, this must be shown.
Also, the land slopes considerably in the front, and the driveway is a steep slope, and we want to show this.
You may request additional photographs, drawings and measurements after the project starts, and we will respond in one day.
Later we will also ask you to create “movies” that zoom in to the subject property from the sky, placing the property in Google Earth. These will be used for sales presentations.
