I can obviously help you here. You asked what can be the indicator of improvement? Well, mainly it happens when somebody translates every moment of his/ her surroundings in English. Once that happened, one can conclude that an improvement happened. I understand that 7 days class is enough for that purpose. So far as speaking in English is concerned one must be accustomed in thinking in English which will facilitate communication.

As a young student with English as my second language as well, I can understand the position the employer (you) must be in, and therefore, can be of better help than the next person might be. I can confidently hold an entire professional as well as casual conversation in English, since in most central schools in India, we are taught English since kindergarten. I have studied Shakespeare and other famous poets and writers in High School and therefore, am familiar with English literature, along with my keen interest in it as a language. Additionally, my Senior year (12th Standard) final examinations just got over and the result is not out yet, hence, I can put in reasonable hours into the job that would be required.
