Fluent Mandarin-English Interpreter Required

I need a reliable interpreter who can move effortlessly between English and Mandarin during live telephone calls. Most of the calls are medical consultations—think appointment scheduling, symptom discussions, and follow-up instructions—so familiarity with common clinical terminology and HIPAA-style confidentiality is essential. A smaller portion of the workload involves customer service conversations focused on general inquiries such as product information, order status, or simple account questions. You will be working remotely, connecting to each session through our cloud phone system. I expect professional working proficiency in both languages; you should be able to keep pace with normal speech, clarify cultural nuances when helpful, and maintain an even, reassuring tone for callers who may be under stress. Typical shift windows run 6–8 hours, but I’m flexible about creating a schedule that suits us both as long as response times remain prompt. After each failed call or dropped call, I’ll need a one-sentence summary entered into our internal chat so I can track case resolution and any follow-up tasks.
