In-Person English-Russian Translation

I’m looking for a fluent English-Russian professional who can work with me on-site to provide hands-on translation assistance for day-to-day business matters. The work will include reading through emails, letters, internal documents and any ad-hoc materials that come up during meetings, then rendering them accurately and naturally in the target language while we sit together. Because this is a face-to-face role, I need someone who can be physically present at my office (or at client meetings when required) and switch between both languages smoothly, clarifying cultural nuances on the spot. Speed and discretion are essential, as many of the documents relate to ongoing negotiations. Deliverables will simply be the translated text—handwritten notes, marked-up printouts or digital files—completed during each session so we can act on them immediately.
