ARC Accreditation Specialist for Travel Agency

We are setting up a travel agency in the United States (Washington State) and plan to apply for ARC (Airlines Reporting Corporation) accreditation. We are looking for a freelancer with hands-on ARC experience to guide us through the application process and help us avoid common pitfalls. This is not a full-service project — we are looking for guidance, review, and practical insights. Scope of Work: Provide a clear overview of the ARC accreditation process Advise on: Company setup requirements (Washington State) ARC eligibility criteria Required documentation Guide us on: ARC bond / financial security expectations Common reasons for rejection Review our prepared application materials Answer questions during the preparation phase Requirements: Prior experience working in a US ARC-accredited travel agency Familiar with: ARC reporting & compliance GDS systems (Sabre / Amadeus / Apollo) Experience in ARC application or onboarding process is a strong plus Based in the US (preferred), especially familiar with Washington State regulations
