I have a completed feature-length film with an existing, time-coded English .srt file. I now need a fully translated French version that lines up perfectly with every original in-point and out-point. Please translate into standard French as spoken in France. You can keep any uniquely Australian slang or brand names in English when a clean French equivalent simply does not exist; feel free to add a short note in brackets if the meaning could be unclear to a francophone viewer. I am fine with normal .srt conventions—no extra formatting rules or style sheets are required—so you can work in Subtitle Edit, Aegisub, or the subtitling software you prefer as long as the finished file passes an automated QC check for line length, reading speed, and character limits. The translated subtitles must fit the existing timecodes with no re-timing. Deliverable: • One UTF-8 encoded .srt file, fully synced, error-free, ready to be dropped into the film’s master.
