I need some help with calling potential customers who fill out my website form. The freelancer needs to be located in Western Europe as most customer inquiries come from countries in that timezone.
The calls are to 1) verify the customer filed out our form, 2) ask if the customer would like to be called by one of our representatives, and 3) ask what day/time would be most suitable for us to call back the customer. A detailed script will be provided.
The calls should be made as soon as an inquiry comes in (the calls cannot be batched up and done on the weekend).
The budget includes payment for the freelancer's time and phone expenses.
A few additional comments:
- The question has come up how many calls there are per week. The answer is somewhere between 5 and 10 at our current rate of inbound inquiries.
- With regards to call duration: I am guesstimating no more than 5 - 10 minutes per call, which would result in about 1 to 2 hours/week at our current rate of inquiries.
- The freelancer should have some experience in making customer phone calls; a professional demeanor and fluency in English is a must. Please indicate your experience and examples of previous work in this field with your response.
