Arabic Text

I am looking for someone with experience in Arabic to type out and prepare XML. Basically this XML will then be used for web or mobile devices (app). As an example I am looking for something like this (attached) I would want the transliteration text to be put. I will provide the powerpoint files which contain the Arabic text and translation. It will be your job to transcribe to XML format and put transliteration. You will have to keep in mind this will have to be compatible with anything so if I open the XML file, the Arabic text should work. I have many files to go thru. But we will do a trial run to do one small powerpoint. Depending on how that goes, we will do the rest.
