Customer Support Agent, Explain Sellers How To Use Our Seller Dashboard.

We own a Multi-Vendor E-Commerce platform for footwear and accessories.

What will you be doing?

You have to help the newly enrolled sellers by explaining them (Over the phone) how to use the seller dashboard, such as how to add a product, how to update inventory, how to register a new brand, how to offer promotions and discounts. You must address them with respect.

Work Time - 5Hrs/Day

Salary - Rs.6000 - Rs.6500 / Monthly

Don't worry we'll teach you first how to use our product. We need someone who can speak fluently in English, Tamil and Hindi. So if you're up for it, hit the bid button.
