- Solve any problems customer may encounter
- Involves communication with logistic partners/drivers to provide service.
- Placing new bookings
- Be readily available for calls and messages during scheduled working hours.
- Responsiveness is the key requirement for this job.
- Communication skills, be able to speak confidently and politely in all situations.
- Undisrupted access to the internet
- Flexibility when dealing with problems
- Your personal messengers(WhatsApp, Line, Wechat, Kakao etc) will be used for daily operations.
- 2 shifts(4hrs/shift) will be assigned to you per day
- Able to undergo high stress levels (especially during peak season as we are a travel company)
