My car broke down a while ago they’re paving my street next Monday need it moved. The wheels are locked, so it will require equipment such as a wheel-lift, flatbed, or a set of dollies with a winch—whatever you normally use to shift a non-rolling vehicle a very short distance. Access is simple: the car is already at curbside with nothing blocking it, and the driveway entrance is clear.
