Supplier, Purchase Order & Bill process Advance payments & retention handling this is the regular activity which i am already doing now. getting the indents from the different departments and preparing the purchase orders by finding the suppliers and their best quotations after we will place the order with the best vendor. after receiving the goods i will do quality check of that goods and process 3 way checking for that invoice received from the vendors and if everything looks great we will process that bill for payment to the finance and accounts department.
