Netsuite Project Management

Hi we are implementing Netsuite project management module. We have a few requirements around:

Creating a process flow document (best practice) to show the end to end process from creating a lead/opportunity to all way to invoicing (revenue) for the project. This document should consider below requirements:

a. 2 types of projects: a. time and materials and b. fixed bid milestone.

b. time entry for projects

c. Billing schedule

d. project budgeting (without using job costing module)

e. Project P/L (without using job costing module)

f. Not using resource management module

We also have a few specific questions in using the billing schedule so will need specific instructions on how to use billing schedule under the financial tab of the project record
