Requirement
we are an ecommerce brand selling products on marketplaces, i want a customisation where marketplace orders, returns, payment everything can be managed. we also manufacture some products inhouse like candle and some we outsource it a proper management is required.
For outsourcing i want to give access to supplier where he can upload product QC images against PO, upload invoice, statement everything can be visible to him. plus all the expenses we do like logistics charges, packaging charges, marketing and all shall ne noted. a section of documents where we can retrieve all documents like invoices, barcodes, product labels, etc
on marketplace customisation we require a detailed information like future projection based on past months sale, when return is initiated did we receive physical return or not, any claims raised for any order, if we processing any order are we making money or loosing money. if we are loosing money it should be marked as flag.
if a return is initiated it should go under pipeline where from origin to destination all charges should be recorded and also if the product is received or not in physical form. we can upload excel data.
