Ethereum PoW Cryptocurrency Creation

I need a brand-new cryptocurrency launched on the Ethereum code-base. Although Ethereum’s mainnet has moved to Proof of Stake, my plan is to fork the last PoW version so the new chain mines blocks with a classic Proof of Work algorithm. Here’s what the engagement covers: • Fork the open-source Ethereum repository at the pre-Merge state. • Configure network parameters (genesis file, block time, block rewards, chain ID, gas limits, etc.). • Compile, test and release the client binaries for Windows, macOS and Linux. • Spin up seed nodes and provide a step-by-step guide so anyone can run a full node. • Package GPU mining software and pool configuration so early participants can start mining immediately. • Deploy an accompanying ERC-20-compatible smart-contract standard on the new chain for future token issuance. • Set up a simple block explorer and a web wallet that connects via RPC. • Deliver clear, human-readable documentation covering build instructions, network specs, wallet usage and mining setup. Acceptance criteria 1. The fork syncs from genesis on at least two clean servers. 2. Mining a block with the supplied software is demonstrably feasible in under five minutes on commodity hardware. 3. The explorer displays live block, transaction and address data. 4. All documentation allows a technically literate user to reproduce the entire setup without further assistance. If you’ve worked with Ethereum forks, Geth, Solidity and GPU mining before, this should feel familiar. I’m happy to iterate on tokenomics and branding as we move, but the core technical pieces above are the first milestone.
