I’m putting together a four-day programme of discussions and screenings in Berlin and need an experienced coordinator to keep everything running smoothly on-site. The venue and all projection / sound gear are already secured, so your focus will be on two core areas: • Guest coordination – welcoming speakers and filmmakers, guiding them through registration, making sure they know when and where they need to be, and handling any last-minute changes with calm professionalism. • Technical setup & support – liaising with the venue’s in-house team, double-checking file formats, cueing videos, monitoring sound levels, and stepping in swiftly if anything glitches. All equipment is provided; I just need a hands-on specialist to oversee it during the sessions. There are no panels requiring moderation, so you can concentrate fully on logistics and tech flow.
