Event Guest Management Assistant

I’m looking for a reliable extra set of hands to shadow me on-site and keep our guest experience running smoothly. Your sole focus will be guest management—specifically the check-in process and answering attendee questions as they arrive. Here’s what the day will look like: • Welcome every guest with a warm greeting, locate their name on the list, badge or wristband them, and note their arrival in real time (we’ll be using a simple spreadsheet or scanning app—whichever you’re more comfortable with). • Serve as the first point of contact for any inquiries about schedules, directions, or last-minute changes, relaying anything critical back to me so nothing slips through the cracks. A friendly attitude, quick problem-solving, and the confidence to engage with people continuously are essential. If you’ve handled registration desks at conferences, weddings, concerts—or any live event—you’ll feel right at home.
