There is a wedding which will take place in Hyderabad on 29th April and we need an experienced coordinator to steer the remaining planning and on-ground execution. Venue finalized Vendor coordination We also have short-listed caterers, photographers and florists; you will compare quotes, negotiate, finalise agreements and serve as the single point of contact through to event day. Key deliverables • Signed agreements and confirmed timelines for caterer, photographer and florist • You will need to coordinate with other wedding related works for the family. Help them with the checklist everyday, Budget check and coordination of works. Should know the rituals of Telugu Telangana wedding. If you are Hyderabad(Nearby Kukatpally area) -based, know the local wedding landscape and can commit to responsive communication. Preferably Female. Even male if suits.
