I understand you need manual, one-by-one SMS outreach to ~80 local players, clear opt-in messaging for a WhatsApp soccer group, proof of delivery, then setup of the WhatsApp group with correct name, welcome message, and adding all confirmed players plus ~30 more. If you can link a device using the QR code i send, i can do this directly from my Computer, if needed I can get a fresh USA Whatsapp, However sending bulk whatsapp message to people who do not have my number (the USA WhatApp that i'll use) saved as a contact on their phone will limit to at most 30 messages! considering that, lets talk on a plan that works best, I know Whatsapp broadcast isnt the best suite, because its cost doesnt balance with only sending messages to 80 people! but if its a regular outreach, we can proceed with that.
