weekly business event

I worked at a multinational incubator company and we are planning on hosting different kinds of startup and business related events weekly. The event topic would be about startup, finance or anything business related online talks with one or two guest speaker. We plan to post and market the event to eventbrite as well. We also need helps in coming up with event topics, finding the speaker and organizing event which lasts for usually 1 hour. I hope to know how much working hours on average that would cost for each event if I hire you to organize it and what is the quote for hourly rate?
