Job will typically be performed off site (in your home, or anywhere you can perform your job duties reliably). You will report to two fast-paced sales managers building a fast-growing business. The ideal candidate will be able to learn new skills and grow with the position.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Answer phones, take messages, make call, type letters, send emails, track paperwork, schedule appointments, etc.
-Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel etc.)
-Perform e-filing, scanning, copy projects as needed
-Perform other administrative support functions and duties as assigned
-Must be dependable
