For the links I'd use a HYPERLINK formula column built off the SKU and not pasted static links, since static ones don't follow their row when you sort or filter, and sorting is exactly what you said you need. Everything stays as live formulas so you can drop in new prices later without me. The honest limit is the jump to an exact PDF page. The page anchor works when the catalogue sits at a web address and it dies for anyone who opens a local copy out of an email. Is the PDF hosted somewhere public, or do you send it as an attachment?
