What we need:
The worksheet 'MAIN INGREDIENTS' contains a master list of all ingredients we use. There are three stocktake lists that are made up from some of these ingredients in the master list. In the master list, we need to be able to check a box for an ingredient and have that ingredient turn up into the A, B or C stocktake list (with all the associated cells, the price, the 'in bulk' quantity etc. . An ingredient may be in none, some or all of the stocktake lists.
We need to be able to enter data into each of the stocktake lists and have it compiled back into the master sheet (so if two stocktake lists list the same ingredient they will both be added together in the master sheet).
We also need to functionality to easily add or remove new ingredients to the master list (and the associated stocktake list)
