As soon as I record a payment the sheet should deduct it from that client’s outstanding balance, update an overall running total, and flag any amounts still owed. Alongside the main data-entry table I want three report tabs that refresh themselves whenever new rows are added: a monthly financial report, a client-by-client payment summary, and an outstanding dues report. PivotTables, dynamic arrays, SUMIFS, or Power Query are all fine; the key is that I can click “Refresh” (or, even better, have it update automatically) and see the latest numbers without touching formulas.
