Data scrape from basic html website into Excel / Access

To be considered for this project, you must:\r\n - read the project brief - i will be reading proposals and any generic ones will not be considered. I need to have confidence that you can do this job, so please make every effort to demonstrate this, e.g. similar past projects, suggested approach\r\n\r\nThe output:\r\n1. An excel file with complete match data from the website AFL Tables structured as outlined in the example file: ([login to view URL])\r\n2. A macro in the excel file that can automatically pull any new data from website into spreadsheet\r\n3. An access database with structure based upon example file provided below (this should be a straightforward import).\r\n4. An automated way of automatically pulling new information from excel spreadsheet into database, e.g. macro (if a excel step can be skipped and information automatically pulled into access, then happy to skip excel step).\r\n\r\nPrimary Tasks\r\n1. extracting data from above-mentioned website and storing in a structured manner (as demonstrated in attached spreadsheet)\r\n2. Creating automated way to extract any new information in the same manner\r\n3. Converting structured information into Access database\r\n\r\nI am open to creative solutions, so if you have a better idea about how to capture and store this information, then I am open to hear it.\r\n\r\nA successful solution is likely to result in future projects of a similar nature.
