I have 12 months of bank statements that need to be entered into Quicken. There are about 150-180 transactions I need entered into the Quicken file. This should be about a 2-3 hour project
1. I have a quicken file that has prior years information already in there. So when entering vendor names it should populate with the previous category pretty easily.
2. For the checks there are no images, just please put the check number and amount and categorize it to “checks”.
3. If you are unsure of a new vendor or what the expense is for just put it under “Misc.” or Miscellaneous.
4. Put all deposits towards “donations”
5. I don’t need a memo entered, only the vendor name as the payee
6. I don’t need the financials printed, just the Quicken file sent back to me.
