Growing business seeks go-getter to work as our bookkeepers assitant. We are in the wholesale distribution industry that provides goods to both private and government entities. This is a part to full-time position with the flexibility to choose from a 20-40 hour work week.
* Most of the job would be spent working within Quickbooks, so experience with this software is a necessity
* Charging customer credit cards, emailing paid invoices and receipts, creating deposit
* Locating job files/purchase orders for discrepancies and follow through until resolved
* Data Entry
* Be a direct point of contact for clients via email and phone
* Perform and prioritize special projects
* Maintain company organization charts
* Maintain company contact lists
* Assisting in other office managers as needed
REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS
* MUST HAVE MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to learn and apply new knowledge quickly
* Strong research skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work on multiple projects in a deadline driven environment
* Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite to include Word, Excel and PowerPoint!
* Strong organizational skills.
