Addresses in excel spreadsheet, need to scrape "zestimates" from Zillow, estimated values

My spreadsheet contains thousands of addresses.
In the past, I had someone create VBA to pull values. Recently, someone told me that VBA is outdated and not used to pull estimated property values from Zillow. Not sure if that's so.
If you can think of a better way to do it, faster and more efficient, I am open to hearing about it.
Bottom line, I need to pull Zillow estimated values (estimates) from site, I have about 80,000+/- addresses.
If this is something you have done in the past, please contact me. If not, save yourself and myself time.
Example:
1. Go to "[login to view URL]"
2. Enter sample address: "2580 Nottingham Ave Los Angeles CA 90027"
3. See where it says "Zestimate®: $5,228,800"
The Zestimate is what I need to be scraped into the excel sheet.

Please test them out, send me the sample back, to ensure you are the right person for the project, and explain how I will be able to accomplish this for the remaining thousands of records I have.
