I have a Real Estate flipping company. We create a separate company for each property flipped. We need someone to set up a Quickbooks company and enter the data provided from the bank account(via QBO or CVS file) for that company. There are only about 90 entries. You must have experience with real estate flipping companies and understand settlement statements, loans on properties, etc and be able to enter this information and categorize appropriately for a profit loss statement. We use Quickbooks Pro 2016 desktop and you must be able to provide a file that I can download or restore on to my system. This is a simple task with very few entries however please provide proof that you can fulfill this task professionally. This job can lead to more jobs. We do many properties.
