We require an Excel spreadsheet to be developed that features a VBA data entry form to allow users to enter data into new rows in the spreadsheet.
Users will be transcribing information from paper forms into the spreadsheet. In order to make this job as easy as possible and avoid errors, we want the user to enter the data through a form interface. The worksheet where the data is stored should be password protected so that the user cannot inadvertently make changes to the spreadsheet.
The initial project will be to pick up where I left off (see attached Excel spreadsheet) and complete a basic form. The first version of the form does not need to feature any data validation. ( A second part to the project may include data validation, but that is outside the scope of this RFQ.)
Attached to this RFQ is the paper form that would contain the data that is to be entered into the spreadsheet, and my first attempt at developing the spreadsheet.
