Create Gauges for use in Excel 2010 -- 2

Need to create gauges in excel 2010. The gauges need to be able to have user definable colours as well as the "steps" on the gauges.
The "current" value of the gauges need to be live as it runs of a live feed.
Attached is a snapshot of how we want the gauges to look + a snapshot of the input variable we need to be able change.
All up we need 8 gauges done
