i need to copy the data of of pdf files into file called "88_template_excel_import_dare_avere". I partially copied some row as an example
you must insert the data from the pdf file into this
- "data" inside column B.
- "valuta" inside column C .
- "uscite" or "dare" into column D.
- "entrate" or " avere" into column E.
I also need a check. So to check you correctly copy all the data, do this:
- check the initial and final balance of a month ( COLUMN G of excel file)
- if it is equal to the voice " saldo iniziale" and " saldo finale" of pdf files ( in the example check row 41 where -1376,69 is equal to saldo finale of the file called "2006 2007" at page 1;
- if some documents are missing
( f.e. if you have the first documents till 31/12/2004 and the final "saldo" is equal to +100 and the second documents starts from 31/12/2005 and the " saldo iniziale " (initial balance is equal to +50) check the differences beetwen the balances ( 50) and insert it in the the column "dare" ( column D) and put in column F " scrittura di raccordo" ( fitting write) In the example there are some pdf missing documents between 29/3/2006 and 30/9/2006 check column C row 41 and 42 and pdf file called 2006 2007) so i added at row 42 a " scrittura di raccordo".
IMPORTANT:
- In italy commas (,) are for decimals and not points (.)! so please just use commas for decimals
- In Italy point (.) is for thousands. Please don't insert the point into excel cell. ( for example if you have to insert 1.000,00 in excel you have to digit into the cell only 1000,00 and not 1.000)
- In iTaly the dates are dd/mm/year i need this way of writing dates. DO NOT INSERT mm/dd/year
FINAL CHECK
CHECK IF THE COLUMN G is equal to voice called " saldo"
