Mon - Fri 2-3 hr.
Heavy Data Entry.
General office support such as copying, faxing, scanning, and filing documents
Write and distribute emails, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Consistently update vendor information as needed
Assist call center with incoming calls
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word)
Strong organizational skills with ability to multi task
Problem solving skills is critical
Attention to detail & excellent follow through
Excellent oral and written communication skills
