Excel Automated Email

I would like an automated email created. Using the following spreadsheet. The spreadsheet is used for clinical research of patients in clinical trials. Column A is updated with a new "Patient ID" once a new person is enrolled. They are required to submit a weekly phone transmission every week. If they properly submit a transmission it is denoted as "Good" under the column "Events" If they fail to submit a transmission it is denoted at "None" under the same column. I would like an email to be sent out one day prior to the weekly window closing if the word "None is populated under the "Events" column.
