I have 2 Excel workbooks that need to be edited. In "First Data Set", each sample needs to be copied and pasted into its own tab. Then the tab needs to be named using the portion of the sample name before the first period (e.g., "01.C08_04121109XC" will become "01".). Then the column with sample name needs to be deleted. Once all the new tabs have been created, the workbook needs to be saved in Excel, then text files must be generated for each individual sample tab.
In "Second Data Set", the samples are already stored in separate tabs. The first row "Fragment Height" needs to be deleted, and each tab saved as a text file.
