Changes to the Inventory Excel report. Excel with about 16 columns of basic inventory information. but will need some new values and totals added to the report.
Modernize the look. Please do not look at how the report is currently setup and use your own ideas. We have been using this report for a long time and need a different look. Make changes of colors as you like.
Add logo to the report
Totals at the top of the report so they stand by themselves; Decking Inventory and Direct on Order. This can be determined by column “H” = to ‘DE’ for Decking and ‘DO’ = Direct on Order.
New column we are adding. Column ‘J’ called Days. This amount in this field will be calculated based on column “I” / unload/pd date’/ Current Date. For example if unload date is 10/05/2013 and today is 11/05/2013, the ‘Day’s will equal 31 days. In addition to the days that will display, I would like to see 1 of 3 symbols. If the days are between 0-180 then print the days and a ‘Green symbol’. If the days are between 181-360 then print the days with ‘yellow symbol’. If the days are more than 360 then print the days with ‘red symbol.
Sort report by Column ‘g’ and ‘h’. and a total after each ‘G’ Location
I would like 2 basic graphs.
Graph #1. Looking at column ‘j’ Percentage of inventory that is in the three different categories. 0-180 then print the days and a ‘Green symbol’. If the days are between 181-360 then print the days with ‘yellow symbol’. If the days are more than 360 then print the days with ‘red symbol.
Graph #2 Inventory Total with percentage based on ‘Location’. i.e. Regal has this much total inventory and is this percentage of inventory.
A column at the end of the report that we can filter on ‘active inventory’ Yes or No. All the Totals that will be referenced in the report will be for items that are equal to active inventory ‘yes’ meaning they are still on inventory.
