Need an expense/income tracking sheet built in Excel.
Items will be added, assigned to (preexisting) categories and subcategories on a "detail" page and tallied on a "summary" page.
Required functions will be:
-prepopulating drop down menus, dates, etc.
-blanking empty fields
This portion is relatively simple, but it is a small part of a bigger project so I would like to use this as an introduction for a skilled/experienced programmer who will continue working on it.
I like to discuss projects fully and take time to make sure that the requirements are understood before starting and will budget extra time for that, but very good English is required.
I think between discussion and programming, this will be a 3-4 hour project.
