This isn't a really tough one I guess, but I am not able figure out how to do this as I am not an excel expert. I need to create a Pivot which looks like the table in the "Requirement" tab of the excel sheet uploaded on the below link

I managed to add my Pivot table in the "Data and Pivot" tab, but I am struck at the below step - request you to help.
Adding "% pending" column as an additional column
Note that I tried "Calculated Field" option, but since the "Completed" and "Pending" columns in the Pivot are not the actual columns themselves but are column cell values represented as columns, I am not able to add the "% Pending" column as "Calculated Field"
I am able to "Show Value as" "% Row Total" But I need this percentage only for the % pending column and not all columns along with the "Pending" column which has value as well.
Note that The pivot table has to be updated after refresh if and when the data changes and new lines are added or deleted.
Also I would like to understand and learn the solution as well once the problem is solved and requirement is met.
