PTL Fulfillment Scorecard is what I receive each week. The tabs are broken down to individual people and their metrics.
I would like to be able to have a master Excel sheet to be able to run a macro and auto populate the data as I did manually in the PTL detailed upload.
The repot should be able to use pivot tables and show graphical reports showing the following:
Ranking by top performers - top two KPI data that is lowest number to greatest. (Means fastest in data entry to slowest)
Ranking same performers by - bottom two KPI data from highest to lowest. (Means delivery 100% to the ones with slowest delivery of product)
Finally ranking by the average delivery time and by the number of online orders from Week, month and year to date as shown on each excel tab.
The main idea as a manager is I can quickly see a list of who is doing the fastest data entry, followed by high highest delivery percentages and by the number of online orders and average delivery time.
This way I don't give credit to someone with the was the fastest in data entry and in delivery time but only had 10 online orders WTD, MTD or YTD compared to someone who had to do 3,000 orders.
