Excel spreadsheet macro to parse text data and populate a database within the spreadsheet

I have provided an excel spreadsheet that lays out the database and provides many examples of data to be parsed. As a programmer in other languages I provided a basic logic outline that will accomplish the task of populating the Required fields and also testing for the optional fields. The first example on the Data tab contains all possible field names. All the field names are also identified on the Summary tab with the Field Names. I consider this project to be simple for anyone proficient in excel macro writing. The project will be completed when a functioning macro spreadsheet, along with a simple instruction on how to activate the macro, is provided to me.
