VC Excel Star? Downround Venture Capital - Complex Anti-dilution calculation is breaking our Excel Model

Job Description:
Our venture company has 3 levels of preferred stock, each with anti-dilution protection. The prior excel model worked fine, but now we are raising new capital at such a low valuation it breaks the Excel model because the circular references can’t be processed.
We want the answer of what should be the new share prices for each of the existing preferred shares classes and for the new money.
Attached is a model with breaks. If you can fix it and provide the correct answer we will pay USD200.
