Excel VBA - Lottery Analysis

Job Description:
I need someone to perform the following:
* Download from an online lottery site 150,000 (1 year worth of historical data) draws into Excel.
* The website only allows 200 draws to be downloaded at a time (not sure if you can automate the download)
* I have a list analysis to be done on this data including finding the most frequent numbers, most frequent pairs, triplets and quads of numbers etc
* complete list of requirements will be forwarded along with excel template with what i require
