You will also need good MS Excel VBA skills as the users need to populate the Google Form from a standard Excel .xlsm workbook.
Unless you have scripting abilities & experience with Google Forms & Sheets please do not bid.
Be aware that most of the project has already been coded by me and I already have an existing good working example showing how it should work so this is not a difficult project for someone with decent experience - I just need some help with the Google Forms scripting so that the Form gets correctly populated by the VBA.
