Hi,
I am a chemical engineer and I have over five years experience in using Excel at an advanced level (complex formulas, array formulas, pivot table and charts, macros and VBA scripts, automatic calculation sheets, automatic simulators and charts drawing) as an Industrial Engineer at Michelin Romania. I am always keen to improve my work quality and productivity and, to achieve these goals, I made complex Excel sheets to automate my tasks and eliminate errors.
To answer to your question, when you select a cell after = sign you can press F4 to block the reference as you need: one press column and row are blocked, 2 presses, only the row is blocked, 3 presses only the column is blocked, 4 presses nothing is blocked.
I will be glad to help you with your project and I am sure you will be satisfied with my professionalism and the quality of my work.
Best regards,
Florin Enache.
