Fitness/Nutrition Program Plan Automation with drop box and options Reach

Looking for an experienced formbuilder expert for a 1 month project. We are a fitness and nutrition coaching company and currently we are writing up all of our training programs and nutrition programs by hand using our fillable PDF templates however we would like to create an automated spreadsheet/form/software with all of our inputs already prespecified (whether in drop down boxes or comes up within first 3 letters) and then we just add sets and reps to it or grams or spoons etc. Intent is to fasten the process of creating the plans for clients. This could be done on something like Excel. We would then like to export the chosen inputs into our branded training or nutrition templates ready to send to clients.
