Generate Receipt from data in a Google Sheet

I have a google sheet contains data for an auction I am holding over the weekend. The spreadsheet contains Buyer/Bidder information (e.g. name, address, phone number, etc) AND sale item information (e.g. item number, description, sale price, winning bidder number, etc).

The google sheet I have setup contains 2 sheets within. The first sheet (sheet1) contains all the buyer/bidder information. This sheet is populated by a Google Form that is filled out by bidders at the start of the day, kind of like a registration form.

The second sheet (sheet2) contains sale item details, along with the details of the buyer of each item. When an item is sold, we enter the winning bidder's bidder number, and this populates the previously empty bidder_name, address, phone number etc fields in the same row as the item just sold.

What I need to happen is, once an item has sold, and we have entered the winning bidder's bidder_number next to the sold item (which them fills out the rest of the row with the bidders personal details), I need to be able to generate a receipt containing all the information in that row. So the receipt would look something like:


Bidder ID:

Bidder Name:


Item Number:

Item Description:

Item Price

This all needs to happen within Google Docs/Drive, as we will have multiple people entering data into this sheet at the one time (it's a large auction, lots of people, lots of items being sold etc)

I have already setup a receipt template within my google drive account to illustrate what I need the receipt to look like, and exactly what data I need to contain. This folder also contains the Google Sheet with all the bidder and sale data. So I will just share this folder with the person who takes on this project, and you should have access to everything you need to get the job done.
