We are looking for a freelance HR professional to design a complete performance appraisal system for a hotel. Scope of work includes creating appraisal sheets and models for the following departments: Front Office Housekeeping F&B Service and Production Kitchen Sales Purchase Finance Security The appraisal system should cover both Associates/Staff and Heads of Departments (HODs).
