Instamart Field Onboarding Recruiter

I need a hands-on recruiter who can be out in the field every day helping Swiggy Instamart’s newest hires feel welcome and fully set up for success. Your sole focus will be onboarding new hires—no resume screening, no interview scheduling—just making sure that once someone is selected, every remaining touchpoint runs smoothly. You will travel to our dark stores and micro-warehouses, collect and verify documents, walk the newcomers through our HRIS and safety modules, issue uniforms and devices, and close the loop with operations so each person is active in the system before their first shift. A smartphone, basic Excel skills, and the ability to build quick rapport on-site are essential. Deliverables I will review: • Same-day onboarding report for each location visited (template provided) • Completed digital personnel files with all mandatory documents uploaded • Activation confirmation in HRIS within 24 hours of store sign-off If you thrive on face-to-face interaction and know how to turn paperwork into a positive first impression, this project is ready for you to start immediately.
