I am in need of an Inventory Order Tracking Management Excel Workbook Template which i can develope. Currently, I have a manual system in place that I am looking to Redesign. Specifically, I need better organization and accessibility for my inventory and order tracking.
The ideal candidate will have experience creating Excel sheets using pi ot tables and advanced excel formulas (Mix of: Vlookup, Index, Mach, etc..) that automate processes and improve my data analysis. The workbook should include order details (location, quantities, status). Some additional features that would be helpful include the ability to track track the order live if possible.
Here is a brief of the how the process curently is;
Starts- Orders are listed in priority orders from most important first and we work accordingly
Bending & Folding Stage
1- Order is started when a Reskin is created for an order from top of list downwards (Identified by number of boxes - this info can be extracted)
Picking and Kanban Stage
2- Then Picking process starts:
a) I will need to order the reskin (usualy from other warehouse locations to main warehouse)
b) I will start picking from two warehouses which are then shipped to main warehouse when completed
c) all orders should be identified as (No Missing peices, and how many total boxes - Reskin + picking)
Note: all orders will end up in main warehouse and they will either be completed orders or missing items to be completed
Paint Stage
3- Once order is completed and have no missing peices they are moved to paint racks
4- Paint checks if all parts have been picked (quality check)
5- Once paint is completed the order is “Ready to Ship”
Transportation
Ready to ship completed orders wait for dispatch
Other
- My main aim of the sheet is to know exactly where my multiple boxes for any order are placed (they are not placed together and are distributed in the warehouse)
- know how many total boxes i have once order is completed
- know when i receive my reskin (and how many boxes) and how when i receive my picking from other warehouses (and how many boxes) with their exact locations
NEEDED SHEETS:
1- SHEET1: Daily order location Scans (Here i will scan daily where every box physicaly is in my
Main warehouse
2- SHEET2: Dashboard to Display all my orders and tell me how many total boxes and their locations and their status (extractable)
3- SHEET3: Identify boxes i need to order weekly to align with my initial list! (I have to get the boxes all to main warehouse to give to paint all together)
4- SHEET4: intigrate existing data into my template (missing parts declared sheet, order list by priority, order status sheet)
