Issue tracker is used in an office where there are around 10 to 500 employees.
I am enclosing a file developed in excel 2003, open the file and open the form for input of the data by clicking on the Diagram on the top of insert tab.
Now you have the staff allocated: Here you enter the staff Name but you have to have a data base where the details of the Staff such as his e-mail address and contact phone number and address are recorded, email address is used to inform the issuer that the issue has been resolved or any quary about the issue are needed to be address by the issuer.
Client name is also to be addached to a data base where 2000 to 3000 client information is stored and clinet ID is the main field if filled will fill in the Client name automatically, if no clinet info is available it should be created here.
Documents received should be adjusted, here the enter tab does not work and needs to be fixed.
Documents received by staff is fine.

Work to be completed date to be specified. by drop down calender. Now here the time factor should send the email to the issuer that the work has not been done by the person to whome the issue has been given.
Memo is fine.
once the task is allocated it shold flag in with some colour and shold change the flag or colour once the issue is resolved.
This is a rough work done by some one who is an entry level guy.
I need to see the task sheet and find all the tasks allocated and the ones which are completed by the person to whome it is issued has acted and responed to be appearing in green when I am convinced that it is properly done if said resolved should be deleted from the list.
please advise me on the improvements and any suggessions, I need you guys to link the work done to client ID and also inclued the time taken to do the job here.
The work is assigned to the employee is to be identified as High/Medium/Low priortiy.
The time frame to complete the project is also given, if it is not achieved in that time to be addressed.
